بإضافته لإعلانك هنا أنت توافق على شروط وضوابط هذا الموقع والموضحة بالأسفل.
نحن نملك الحق لتعديل أي إعلان مخالف لهذه الشروط والضوابط وذلك لضمان أن يبقى الموقع مناسباً لغالبية المستخدمين. هذا يشمل جميع الأشخاص من جميع الاعمار والجنسيات والديانات والعرقيات. لذلك، فإن جميع الإعلانات المخالفة خاضعة للإزالة الفورية وبدون تنويه.
بإضافتك لإعلانك في موقعنا فإنك تؤكد اطلاعك على الشروط التالية وموافقتك عليها:
- أنك تتحمل المسئولية المطلقة لأي محتوى يتم إضافته في الإعلان في هذا الموقع. وأنك لا تحمل هذا الموقع أي مسئولية لأي خسائر أو أضرار تلحق بك أو بالآخرين بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر من أي إعلان تقوم بإضافته.
- جميع الإعلانات المضافة تكون معروضة لفترة 93 يوماً بعدها تعتبر منتهية ويمكن للعضو تحديثها وإعادة تفعيلها من خلال لوحة التحكم الخاصة به.
بإضافتك لإعلانك في موقعنا تؤكد اطلاعك على الضوابط التالية وموافقتك عليها:
- عدم استحقارك للآخرين أو استخدام لهجة سيئة تجاه الآخرين.
- عدم استخدام خاصية التعليقات للإساءة للآخرين أو التقليل من سلع الآخرين وبخسها
- يمنع وضع إعلانات الألعاب الجنسية أو الإثارة وما في حكمها
- يمنع اضافة الإعلانات للأمور المحرمة شرعاً أو أي محتويات من هذا القبيل
- يحق لإدارة الموقع إزالة أي إعلان مخالف دون الحاجة لإبداء الأسباب
- يمنع على الشركات والمؤسسات التجارية والجهات والقطاعات الحكومية نشر الإعلانات الخاصة بها أو عن منتجاتها وخدماتها ويستثنى من هذا البند الإعلان عن الوظائف الشاغرة في قسم التوظيف والسير الذاتية
- يمنع على المواقع الإلكترونية أياً كان تصنيفها أو توجهاتها أو خدماتها وضع إعلانات دعائية لها أو إعلانات الهدف منها التسويق لخدماتها
نصائح وإرشادات:
- يجب على البائع والمشتري مخافة الله عز وجل في العرض والطلب والبيع والشراء
- على كلٍ من البائع والمشتري ضمان حقوقة وعدم التفريط بها وتحاشي الوقوع في مصيدة النصب والاحتيال الإلكتروني
- تأكد من وضع وسيلة اتصال سهلة وواضحة ليتمكن الآخرين من التواصل معك في حال كانت لديهم اهتمامات بإعلانك
